Product Introduction

The ZSW series vibrating feeder is a vibrating feeder driven by a motor-driven exciter. It is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding before the primary crusher, and can simultaneously screen fine materials, increasing the capacity of the crusher. It is suitable for feeding equipment such as jaw crushers, primary impact crushers, and hammer crushers, and can also be used for conveying. It features stable vibration, a specially designed grate to prevent material blockage, adjustable grate gap, and optional installation of a variable frequency speed regulating motor for easy control of the feeding rate, eliminating the need for frequent motor starts.

Working Principle

The ZSW series vibrating feeder consists of a feeding trough, exciter, spring support, and transmission device. The vibration source for the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which consists of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and a gear pair. The main shaft is driven by an electric motor via a V-belt, and the main shaft gear meshes with the passive shaft to rotate. The main and passive shafts rotate in opposite directions simultaneously, causing the trough to vibrate and allowing the material to flow continuously, achieving the purpose of material conveying.
