Product Introduction
Introduced from the United States in 1986, this spring-loaded cone crusher surpasses (PYT series) spring cone crushers in terms of output, product size uniformity, product fineness, component lifespan, operational rate, and production maintenance management.
This series of cone crushers is currently widely used and has a high market share globally. It is available in three, four, five, and seven-foot specifications. Each specification is further divided into standard and short-head crushing chamber types, offering flexible options to meet the needs of various users and different ore crushing processes.

Working Principle
During operation, the Symons cone crusher's eccentric sleeve rotates, driven by a motor via a V-belt, large pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear. The crusher cone's axis oscillates due to the eccentric sleeve, causing the crushing wall to periodically approach and recede from the stationary wall. This action subjects the material within the annular crushing chamber (formed by the stationary and moving cones) to repeated impact, compression, and bending, breaking it down to the required size. The crushed material is then discharged from the bottom. Widely used in metallurgy, construction, hydropower, transportation, chemical, and building materials industries, it is suitable for crushing hard and medium-hard ores and rocks.
