Product Introduction

The PF series impact crusher is mainly used for secondary crushing. It can crush materials with a compressive strength of no more than 320Mpa. It features a simple structure, large crushing ratio, and high production efficiency. It is suitable for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgical, building materials, highway, and petrochemical industries for stone materials.

Working Principle

An impact crusher is a machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When this machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the material enters the hammer action area, it collides with and is crushed by the hammers on the rotor, then thrown to the impact device for secondary crushing, and then bounces back from the impact liner to the hammer action area for re-crushing. This process is repeated. The materials, from large to small, repeatedly undergo crushing in the first, second, and third impact chambers until they are crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can control the output particle size and material shape.
