The SLD series hydraulic double-roller crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations of solid materials with compressive strength less than 250Mpa and moisture content less than 35%, such as iron ore, quartz, potash (sodium) feldspar, limestone, river pebbles, metallic silicon, barite, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste (concrete), shale, quicklime, coal, coke, clay, bentonite, chemical raw materials, etc. It is widely used in mining, thermal power, cement, ceramics, metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries.

Working Principle

The double-roller crusher uses two high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers to crush materials by the high extrusion pressure generated by relative rotation. After the material enters the gap between the two rollers, it is subjected to the extrusion pressure and reverse cutting force of the rotation, and is crushed into the required particle size under extrusion, shearing and grinding, and discharged from the discharge port.
