Ball mills are equipment used to grind powdered ores and other materials to achieve the desired product particle size. The ball mills designed and manufactured by our company are widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical and other industries both domestically and internationally.

Ball mills are mainly composed of feeding parts, feeding ports, main bearing parts, cylinder parts, transmission parts, discharge parts and main motors, etc. The motor drives the mill cylinder to rotate at an appropriate speed through gear transmission and deceleration. The grinding media placed in the cylinder are lifted to a certain height under the action of centrifugal force, friction and gravity, and then fall in a thrown or dropped state. The materials in the cylinder are crushed by the impact of the media, and at the same time, due to the rolling or sliding of the media, the materials are ground by the abrasion. The ground materials are discharged through the discharge port. According to the needs, the mill can be equipped with air clutch, slow speed drive device, lifting device, and spray lubrication device. The main bearing of the ball mill can use ordinary sliding bearings, dynamic pressure bearings, hydrostatic bearings, and rolling bearings according to needs.

Ball mills can use magnetic liners as needed. Magnetic liners are thinner, lighter, and have a longer lifespan than metal liners, reducing energy consumption and increasing output.
